Main Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Organize work tasks based on department requirements to ensure efficient production and meet customer demands.
- Production Excellence: Complete production orders on time, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Inventory Management: Manage raw material reserves to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain equipment safely to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Menu Development: Prepare a variety of food items to meet customer demands and contribute to menu development.
- Quality Control: Ensure stock rotation and adhere to quality and safety standards to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
- Education: DEP in pastry or cooking.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Knowledge of cooking/pastry techniques, ability to follow directions, and detail-oriented with excellent teamwork skills.
