The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Consultant plays a crucial role in meeting dealership sales objectives by promoting F&I products and leveraging reporting tools to generate sales analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducts turnover processes and manages all business office functions.
• Meets dealership sales goals through the effective sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, achieving Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results of 100% or higher.
• Provides personalized sales training to F&I Managers through live customer interactions, demonstrating the Sym-Tech F&I methodology (including show-me's and sit-in sessions).
• Oversees the administration of core competency assessments related to the F&I process.
• Engages in group and dealership sales training sessions and meetings.
• Monitors sales performance and provides regular updates.
• Utilizes available sales reporting tools effectively.
• Involved in the account initiation process, including pre-launch, kickoff, and post-launch activities (under supervision).
• Maintains regular communication with supervisors, offering sales updates and highlighting potential opportunities or concerns.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably with 3+ years in F&I.
• Demonstrated success in new car automotive retail, particularly in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management.
• Strong communication, training, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• OMVIC certification (Ontario only).
• High energy levels and a positive demeanor.
