About the Role

If so, we invite you to join our Professional Services team as an Implementation and Business Process Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the successful implementation of our world-class supply chain software solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to gather data, configure the Tecsys solution, and identify customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients on-site, guiding them through the integration process of our software.
- Contribute to a successful implementation by leveraging your technical expertise, consulting skills, and understanding of supply chain management.
- Develop your application knowledge, consulting acumen, interpersonal skills, and supply chain expertise through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation and consulting within a consulting firm or software company, OR 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct software implementation experience on the client side.
- Solid understanding of supply management principles and associated financial transactions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and general ledger journal entry and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with hospital inpatient pharmacy operations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Canadian or American passport due to the frequent travel requirements of this role.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential for effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues across various regions.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is highly valued.
