About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic Donor Centre team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming appointments, and serving potential donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging donations.
  • Work in a diverse team environment, collaborating to ensure successful donor centre events.
  • Ensure the workstation is ready and working properly, including setting up booths, tables, and equipment for mobile events.
  • Assist with setting up and tearing down donor clinics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
  • High school completion.
  • One year of experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented environment or previous experience working with volunteers.
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • A second language would be considered an asset to support a positive donor experience.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift weights up to 10 kg (22 lbs).
