Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic Donor Centre team.
The Donor Centre team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood in a safe manner to enable safe products that save lives every day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming appointments, and rebooking donors at events.
- Support potential donors by answering questions and providing information about the donation process.
- Work in a diverse team environment to ensure a successful donor centre event.
- Assist in setting up booths, tables, and other equipment for mobile events within our communities.
- Completion of high school.
- One year of experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented environment or previous experience working with volunteers.
- Technical skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems and programs.
- A second language would be considered an asset to support a positive donor experience.
- Physical requirements for the role include the ability to lift weights up to 10 kg (22 lbs.).
- Payment in lieu for vacation and holidays.

- Shifts/hours will vary. You must be flexible to accommodate assigned shifts based on operational needs.
