  • Assist with cash register operations and various financial transactions
  • Support in delegating tasks and developing work schedules
  • Ensure adherence to company quality, hygiene, maintenance, and safety protocols
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and the team
  • Make branch-related decisions in the manager's absence
