Job Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the store management team in implementing sales and merchandising plans, promoting a highly engaged team culture, and delivering sales budgets and goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
  • Contribute to store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of categories
  • Deliver and meet sales budgets and goals in the Department

  • 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
