Job Title: Senior Technical Lead - Contaminated Sites/Waste Management

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in the Contaminated Sites/Waste Management sector. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and project management support for infrastructure projects, including investigations, remediation design, and excess soil planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and project management support for infrastructure projects, including investigations, remediation design, and excess soil planning.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in earth sciences, environmental/chemical/geological engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience in the environmental sector, with a strong focus on contaminated sites and waste management.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of contaminated sites and waste management, including investigations, remediation design, and excess soil planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
