Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at G & B Advantage Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and estimate costs
  • Develop estimates for general expenses and overheads, and provide economic feasibility studies for proposed projects
  • Project cash flow and financing requirements, and create estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
  • Establish and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction estimation
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week
  • Fluent in English
