Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to our business.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and efficiency in interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment

Our office is located in a private sector setting, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment. We offer free parking and a permanent work term.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

30 to 35 hours per week.
