**Job Summary**

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our food department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing housekeeping duties as required.
  • Support the food department by assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise, operating equipment, and performing opening and closing procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
