Job Title: Instructor, College

We are seeking a highly qualified Instructor to join our team at Bay River College. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and course materials to students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Supervise students in work sessions and provide guidance and support
  • Prepare and administer tests and evaluations to assess student learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching practices
  • Participate in faculty committees to contribute to college-wide initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year of teaching experience in a post-secondary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
