Job Title: Instructor, College

We are seeking a highly qualified Instructor to join our team at Bay River College. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a variety of subjects, including education and academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and course materials to students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
  • Supervise students in work sessions and provide guidance on academic and personal matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and program changes
  • Conduct course and program evaluations to ensure high-quality education
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching experience in a post-secondary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
