Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Deliver lectures, discussions, and presentations to students, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Course Development: Prepare and develop course materials, including lesson plans, syllabi, and assessments, to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including academic advising and career counseling.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, and participate in departmental and institutional committees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of teaching or instructional experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with students and colleagues, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
