Elby Professional Recruitment Inc is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our client's team in Guelph. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career and lead a team of professionals in a well-established Public Accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior staff members in completing Compilation and Review of engagement files.
  • Prepare personal and corporate tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Client Manager to ensure technical knowledge requirements are met.
  • Support the Senior Client Manager in business mentoring, strategic tax planning, and structuring advice.
  • Develop and implement professional development plans for staff members.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Public Accounting post CPA designation.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Excellent technical skills.
