Job Title: Pharmacy Technical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Smoky Lake Pharmacy and Integrated Healthcare. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of prescription information and enter client data into our database.
  • Prepare medications for clients and maintain inventory of medications and prescription records.
  • Take body or limb measurements of patients and bill third-party insurers.
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
