About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Proposals Group in coordinating and managing the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Tenders Program, including opportunity identification and distribution
  • Participate in regular workload management meetings
  • Analyze proposal opportunities and plan responses
  • Coordinate proposal pursuit and kick-off meetings
  • Act as a champion for the proposal process and assist with discussions identifying strategy, approach, teaming, and win themes
  • Create draft proposal framework documents aligned with client requirements
  • Support the Project Manager in the development and preparation of proposal submissions
  • Customize non-technical content to ensure client focus and alignment with client needs
  • Coordinate writing, review, and completion of the document with the Proposal Owner and other staff
  • Support or oversee proposal finalization, assembly, and submission
  • Coordinate debrief sessions and distribute feedback
  • Participate in the continual improvement of the proposal process and contribute to identified initiatives
  • Liaise with internal and external clients as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Technical Writing, Marketing, or Communications
  • 1+ years preparing technical documents in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on a variety of projects with multiple deadlines
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Ability to communicate and work with various levels in an organization
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  • Experience in graphic design would be considered an asset
