Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to join our Nonperforming Loan Management team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on accounting and financial analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving process improvements to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operations.
  • Represent the Nonperforming Loan Management team on large-scale projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Conduct risk analyses to identify potential areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Completed bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA accounting designation (CA, CGA or CMA).
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to work with multiple systems for analysis purposes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
