The Role: Contract Operations Specialist
As a Contract Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts within our sales organization. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, account managers, and executives to manage contract lifecycle processes, from proposal preparation to finalization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
- Create, review, and finalize sales orders, amendments, statements of work (SOWs), and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with accounting guidelines.
- Provide training and support to new hires on contract operations processes.
- Develop and document contract procedures and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
