Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING].

Key Responsibilities:
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Public transportation is available.
