Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services, including medication management, review, and injection services, to patients.
- Advise customers on the selection and usage of non-prescription medication, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate medication profiles for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Supervise and direct technicians and/or assistants in preparing and dispensing medications, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree and be in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals or eligible for registration.
- Be licensed to practice in the Province of Saskatchewan with Injection Certification.
- Be APA Certified or working towards certification.
- Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-oriented approach to work.
- Value collaboration, building relationships, and the perspectives of others.
