Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and lead by example, ensuring that all staff members provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality, and that our kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, and manage our budget to ensure that we are operating within our means.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
