About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of team members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of team members to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurants are clean and safe
  • Manage and enforce our famous cleanliness methodology
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a member of a management team in a quick service restaurant
  • Experience in a McDonald's Restaurant is an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
