Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the growth of the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address talent management needs and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and technical schools to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner with the Area HR Manager to develop and implement labor relations strategies that support the company's business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead the integration of new associates into our culture and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, labor relations, and workforce development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
