Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve overall team efficiency.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals for the business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in hospitality administration/management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
