As an M&E Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical activities are planned, directed, and coordinated to meet specifications, drawings, requirements, and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical and electrical activities.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on mechanical and electrical systems, principles, and practices.
  • Assist in managing subcontractors, including mechanical, electrical, and technology specialists.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
