Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Coordinator, Talent Brand to support the promotion of Ledcor's employer brand and employment opportunities to the external market.

This role will provide ongoing coordination with Ledcor's recruitment team and support Talent marketing efforts through social media and targeted advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop hiring priorities and strategies
  • Develop engaging content for various social media and digital advertising platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and produce reports to inform marketing decisions
  • Monitor engagement with Ledcor content and respond to inquiries
  • Support the development of digital and print templated materials, including signage, advertising, and conference and event materials
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders for actions and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital communications, marketing
  • Experience in the development and delivery of social media marketing
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of web-based content creation tools such as Canva
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience communicating effectively to diverse groups
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and adjust priorities as needed
Working Conditions:
  • This position is a hybrid in-office/from-home arrangement with the expectation of 2 days a week in-office
