About the Role

The Manager, Corporate Content will be responsible for developing and driving executive communications strategy and content creation in alignment with our business goals and priorities. This includes creating compelling executive presentations, reports, and social media content that reflect our corporate brand and values. The successful candidate will work closely with our Communications and Connections team to advance our corporate reputation and ensure all executive communications are tailored to specific audience needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute executive communications strategies and content plans
  • Create high-quality executive presentations, reports, and social media content
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Connections team to advance our corporate reputation
  • Work closely with Human Resources to effectively communicate our organization's goals, values, and priorities to our diverse team of approximately 1,200 employees
  • Supervise the Internal Communications Specialist to develop engaging internal communications
  • Monitor and evaluate social media analytics, trends, and content effectiveness
  • Recommend and implement strategies, tools, and platforms based on analytics and reporting
Requirements
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • High-energy communications professional with experience in executive-level social media and presentation development, corporate communications, and marketing
  • Confident executive presence and presentation skills, including experience coaching leaders and handling confidential content
  • Ability to navigate between tactical communications delivery and corporate marketing strategy
  • Demonstrated exemplary writing and editing skills for executive clients
  • Understanding of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Strong acumen for summarizing complex information into dynamic content and social posts
  • Ability to work with and be accountable to multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter and ability to produce in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities at work
