Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP program in Culinary Arts or related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Ensure safe food preparation for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Collaborate with dietitians to create special meal plans for patients.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow.
  • Compile food order summaries for the head chef.
Culinary Expertise
  • Specializing in Italian, European, Vegetarian, and International cuisines.
