Food Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 7025777 MB PAM INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Event Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that all events run smoothly.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision
- 5-10 people.
- Work Term
- Permanent.
- Work Language
- English.
- Hours
- 35 hours per week.
