The District Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall performance of multiple Spirit Halloween stores. This position requires a strong retail background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate store teams to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Conduct store visits to provide coaching and feedback to store managers and sales associates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the district sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a retail management or sales leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
