Clinical Safety Advisor

Position Overview
The Clinical Safety Advisor collaborates with diverse healthcare teams to enhance patient safety and foster a robust safety culture. Key responsibilities encompass spearheading patient safety initiatives, offering expert guidance, formulating policies, and providing educational resources on patient safety practices.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, operating from Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a clinical foundation
- At least 5 years of experience in a hospital setting
- A minimum of 3 years in executing evidence-based patient safety strategies
- Proven leadership and effective communication abilities
- Skilled in data analysis and quality enhancement methodologies
Completion of full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory. Internal candidates will be prioritized. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is advantageous.
