Assistant Manager for Cosmetics Division
Role Summary:
The Assistant Manager for Cosmetics Division is a pivotal role designed to develop and prepare the individual for the responsibilities of the Department Manager. In this capacity, you will assist the Department Manager in guiding staff to uphold merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the cosmetics department, along with other managerial responsibilities as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the Department Manager in training and supervising staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of cosmetic products to enhance merchandising and creative displays.
- Foster effective communication with customers, vendors, employees, and management to build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of retail management experience; however, those without prior management experience may also be considered. A strong background in cosmetics, merchandising skills, and professional sales experience are essential.

Work Schedule:
