Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Representative to join our team. As a Leasing Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing sales and leasing functions, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Leasing: Perform sales and leasing functions to achieve occupancy goals, including showing properties, negotiating leases, and closing deals.
- Administrative and Operational Tasks: Assist with administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, prospects, and internal stakeholders, including regular updates and notifications.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the site management team to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the property.
