Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team at McDougall Acres Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Routing: Schedule transportation conveyances and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, and maintain internal record-keeping systems.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Utilize database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows to perform tasks and maintain records.
Requirements
