About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geomatics Engineer to join our team at Great North Drain Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our survey and mapping operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Survey and Assess Designated Sites

You will be responsible for conducting thorough site assessments to identify and document key features and characteristics.

Read and Interpret Blueprints and Specifications

You will need to carefully review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.

Collaborate with Supervisors

You will work closely with our supervisors to discuss work assignments, progress, and any challenges that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

You must have a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as geomatics, surveying, or a related discipline. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language and Work Environment

You must be fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Work Schedule

You will be required to work a standard 50-60 hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.
