As part of an expansion initiative, we are seeking a dedicated Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be instrumental in overseeing the firm’s financial and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of annual, monthly, and special financial, regulatory, and operational reports.
  • Management of accounting and banking operations, including routine transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Coordination of budgeting processes and other financial planning activities.
  • Analysis of revenue and cost factors, with a focus on identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancements.
  • Oversight of the senior accountant's performance and activities.
  • Development and ownership of accounting policies, procedures, and systems, while leading initiatives for process improvements.
  • Collaboration with various departments on diverse projects.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a professional accounting or finance designation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Practical experience with accounting systems and banking operations is preferred.
  • Experience in designing and implementing accounting processes, systems, and controls.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset.
