Food Service Manager

Hung Happy Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet the needs of our menu.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Client focus and excellent customer service skills.
