The Operational Performance Analyst will report to the Senior Maintenance Manager and work closely with the Systems Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and present data reflecting daily operational performance aligned with corporate objectives and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Analyze data from the Maintenance Management System/Performance Reporting System (MMS/PRS) based on established KPIs, reconciling and interpreting this information for daily and monthly performance reports;
- Ensure timely production of various operational summary reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
- Recommend and implement quality and performance improvement initiatives to support management;
- Serve as the primary contact for analytical needs related to the MMS/PRS system, with the ability to extract, interpret, and draw conclusions from data;
- Assist management in understanding KPIs and their relevance to operational events;
- Interpret MMS/PRS reports to evaluate failure causes and the effectiveness of corrective actions;
- Act as a Key User for MMS/PRS, ensuring the asset register is accurate and up-to-date;
- Monitor system performance and interfaces with other systems;
- Test system changes, evaluate results, and ensure issues are resolved prior to implementation;
- Provide training and technical support to staff on the use of MMS/PRS;
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations;

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Logistics, or Engineering Technology;
- Experience in understanding and determining business KPIs and metrics;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication abilities;
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with analytics technologies;
- Knowledge of Signals and Train Control and SCADA systems is an asset;
- Experience in a transit operations environment is preferred;
- Willingness to meet the demands of a high-profile infrastructure project;
- Ability to work early morning hours to meet operational timelines;
