Your Role:
  • Client solicitation and sales
  • Accurate documentation of client interactions
  • Contribution to client satisfaction and retention
  • Basic client assistance
  • Advice and recommendations to clients based on their needs
  • Introduction of new products
  • Issuance of credits when applicable
  • Occasional attendance at agricultural fairs or promotional activities
  • Regular sales activity reports to management
Requirements:

Significant experience in the agricultural or sales sector.

A higher education degree in agriculture or sales (an asset).

Basic knowledge of accounting.

Computer knowledge, experience with customer relationship management programs, and ability to learn new software.

Writing skills

Self-control

Listening and empathy.

Rigour and organisation.

Charisma and leadership skills.

Ability to negotiate and work under pressure;

Strong customer service and organisational skills;
