Job Description

Kachiguda Junction is seeking a skilled Chef de cuisine to join our team. As a Chef de cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Overtime required
  • Physically demanding
