We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Dhabba on the Falls. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Physically demanding, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
