Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Dhabba on the Falls. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food and beverages in a clean and attractive manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to our strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our food service team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
