We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Workforce Planning and Analytics function, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Workforce Analytics:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data reporting strategy, ensuring seamless integration with executive stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights to inform business planning and decision-making, leveraging data to drive people strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a robust people data roadmap, identifying key metrics and dashboards for strategic project reporting.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyzing survey results and designing targeted metrics to measure progress.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes, ensuring consistent reporting aligned with organizational standards and ethics.
- Develop a knowledge sharing hub to foster a data-driven culture, enhancing HR effectiveness through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Establish benchmarks with peer organizations to inform strategic workforce planning.
- Workforce Planning:
- Partner with Finance and HRBPs to develop and manage quarterly headcount targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct supply and demand analysis, business scenario planning, and forecasting to inform workforce planning decisions.
- Stay abreast of external labor market trends, advising on their impact on future workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify critical future organizational competencies, roles, and ways of working.
- Forecast future talent needs and availability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish a regular cadence for refreshing and refining workforce plans, sharing outcomes and action plans with stakeholders.
Education: A graduate degree in a Quantitative field of study (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.). MBA or Masters in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of eight (8)+ years of experience in HR or consulting, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing program management responsibilities.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London, and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).
