Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics to join our team at PSP Investments. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of data reporting strategies and processes to provide insights to our executive team and board of directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forward workforce planning and analytics initiatives.
- Design and implement data governance processes to ensure consistent reporting and adherence to data standards and ethics requirements.
- Develop and maintain benchmarks with other organizations to inform our workforce planning and analytics strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand and address the changing nature of work and related capabilities required for the future.
- A graduate degree in a quantitative field of study (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.). MBA or Masters in relevant field of study is preferred.
- A minimum of eight (8)+ years of experience in HR or consulting with responsibilities in program management leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lead a team directly and/or indirectly through managing transversal projects.
- Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).
