Program Overview

  • Complete multiple rotations through warehouse departments including Parcel, Freight, Receiving and Support.
  • The program is designed to last for several months, with rotation durations ranging from 1 to 3 months.
  • Throughout the program, you will be assigned mentors who will provide guidance and support.
  • Upon completion of the program, you will be considered for placement in various roles, including:
    • Warehouse Management Trainee (become a Warehouse Team Lead)
    • Warehouse support such as Inventory Control
    • Administrative support in Operations or Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of warehouse operations on all shifts.
  • Complete hands-on training for support in assigned departments.
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of activities described above.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or retail is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
  • Forklift certification or reach truck driving experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to another CB Canada warehouse location as needed.
