Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Uline. As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate assembly and shipment of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare orders for shipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Management Team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in order picking and forklift operation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Report to the Warehouse Management Team for guidance and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
  • Capacity to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
