Warehouse Operations Manager

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our 1 million square-foot facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 300+ warehouse employees to ensure unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, accuracy, and performance in a well-structured warehouse environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers.
  • Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
