We are in search of an SAP Solutions Architect & Project Leader with expertise in SAP ArchiveLink to aid in the creation and design of solutions that address client business needs and enhance user satisfaction with our software. As the principal resource on projects, you will guide the team to ensure comprehensive data collection and supervise the delivery of solution architecture, information architecture, and detailed technical design. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your team and project management to guarantee the quality execution of the design.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and extensive experience in implementing or architecting solutions across various SAP projects.

- Experience with SAP Integrations such as OpenText and OpenText VIM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to best practices and consistent delivery methodologies on assigned projects.
- Provide insights to Project Managers regarding project planning and effort estimation for each project.
- Assist sales teams during client meetings and estimation processes.
- Organize work and produce deliverables that align with project scope and budget.
- Facilitate and lead design reviews.
- Communicate the risks and advantages of design/architectural options to a diverse audience.
- Conceive and design SAP-centered solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Create high-quality solution designs and documentation.
- Present, articulate, and justify the design to clients.
- Manage client expectations regarding the design to achieve successful sign-off.
- Conduct code reviews as necessary.
- Engage in identifying and developing reusable assets to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects in design, installation, and migration.
- Support business development in terms of defining solution scope and estimation efforts, as appropriate.

- Proven ability to effectively influence and align client perspectives and agendas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation capabilities.
- Ability to navigate client organizations to facilitate project deliverables.
- Capability to resolve complex and ambiguous technical challenges using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.

- Understanding of functional design and technical project requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
- Ability to explain and defend technical decisions to a technical audience.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Attributes and Qualifications:
- BSc/BA or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role
- Demonstrated good judgment in decision-making.
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Canada are prerequisites.
Work Arrangement:
- This position is remote, with preference given to candidates who can work from our Vancouver office.
