Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders from our warehouse inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately selected and packaged for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), stand for extended periods, and walk in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
